All umpires (except veterans) are required to attend a clinic - Umpire Manual’s will be passed out at the clinic – Umpire Registration and Umpire Certification Cards will be mail following the clinician providing our office with a list of umpires attending the clinic.

Veteran Umpires (3 or more year’s experience) will register on line and pay the umpire fee, and take the test on line.  Once this has been done the Umpire Manual and card will be mailed to you.
